For clients commissioning their own home, we deliver the complete build — land support, design, all material, construction, finishing, and furnishing — funded on transparent milestones by the client, the way custom builds work everywhere.
Turnkey only. We do not offer grey structure, labour-only, material-only, or projects where the client supplies the material. Controlling the full chain is the only way we can guarantee the standard.
