Every company home is registered in BlackGold’s name with Bahria Town before viewing. Ask for the file number — we’ll show you the documents.
Visit, don’t book
No token money, no advance bookings on our company homes. You visit the finished house, decide, then pay in full at handover.
Ask a past buyer
We’ll connect you with the buyer of any one of our completed homes. They paid in full at handover — exactly the way you will.
Walk an active site
For custom-build clients, we welcome site visits during construction. Daily supervision is verifiable, not a marketing line.

Company-Built Homes
We acquire the plot. We pay for design, material, and labour. We hold the title. When the home is fully built, finished and furnished — we list it for sale.
No investors. No partners. No buyer advance funding our construction. The home is standing, titled, and empty when you first walk in.

Turnkey Custom Builds
For clients commissioning their own home, we deliver the complete build — land support, design, all material, construction, finishing, and furnishing — funded on transparent milestones by the client, the way custom builds work everywhere.
Turnkey only. We do not offer grey structure, labour-only, material-only, or projects where the client supplies the material. Controlling the full chain is the only way we can guarantee the standard.
